FYI. Available on the Pearl Nov. 4 thru December 1, 2012

 

$99 per person and includes the following specialty restaurants:

 

Moderno

Lotus Garden

Shabu-Shabu

Le Bistro

La Cucina

Cagney's

Teppanyaki

 

Each person in stateroom must take package.

Can be purchased during the 1st 3 days of the cruise.

Can only be used for dinner.

We don't usually eat in many specialty restaurants... have always been satisfied with the MDR's but that sounds like a great deal... wonder if it will be available on our Gem cruise..

Clarification: The only exception to the "dinner only" provision of the Premium Dining Package is the sushi/noodle bar. I think that is Shabu-Shabu.

I am definitely interested in this. I'm assuming only the adults in the room would have to pay for the package. I have two kids also.

Nice but nothing to make you jump to get it. If it were $79 or even $89, I would consider

This topic has been discussed before and like david just posted said it's not worth prebooking in advance and further more it doesn't really work if your a couple and are both platinum latitudes where you get a dinner for two at Le Bistro each so that's two nights gone out of a week.

It would be interesting to know if they run any on board specials ie: get a free bottle of wine with dinner for reservation before 6pm or save $5/10 on first night at Cagney's since they started this promo.

You are right. It states that the package is not "available" for kids 12 and under.

Interesting - this package is good for up to 7 nights of specialty restaurant dining onboard ?

 

We are sailing on the GEM, and dinner reservations are now open as we are less than 45 days from our sailing date - the only bundle offered is for the steak house, french & italian @ $47 p/p - saving worked out to be $8 p/p or 15% over regular pricing. To book, credit card info is needed via NCL online & it is prepaid. We rather maintain our flexibility in choosing once we are onboard.

Sailing on the Jewel in March I would do this if you can pick and chose your resturants where you could go to a couple of returnants couple of times but skip others
