Summit San Juan Cruise Alcohol Allowance

I am departing San Juan and going to several islands to include St. Thomas and I have several questions.

 

1. Can I bring back 5 liters of alcohol as long as one is from St Thomas.

 

2. Will I go through customs when I return from the cruise in San Juan?

 

3. Will I go through customs again once I return to Atlanta from my flight?

2. Yes, you go through US Customs and Immigration in San Juan

 

3. No, you already went through Customs.

Not sure about questions 2 & 3. Yes to #1. However, those 5 liters will add a lot of weight to your luggage allowance. You can't bring the bottles in the passenger cabin of the plane.
