Cabin Type Z for single passengers

Hi all

 

Looking to book a Med cruise in November as a single passenger (with 100% supplement) but thought there was a way to reduce the cost by asking for Category Z rather than N for an inside stateroom. Maybe I'm mistaken but any help with this query is really appreciated.

Which cruise line? Some cruise lines (Celebrity for one) won't book a single in a guarantee cabin, which is what a Z may be. EM
