Booked on board how do you get OBC applied to account?

I booked a new cruise last week while on board the Elation. Does anyone know how to get the OBC applied to the new sailing? I called carnival and got no answers, and the phone number of the booking agent (onboard) is Disco - Thanks!!

If you booked with a loyalty rep, it should have been applied when they booked it.. did you call carnival and they said its not there now?

 

I would escalate the call until someone fixed it.

My first time booking onboard. I called carnival today but got no action. It is not listed on my doc's where it always has been in the past. I will call again in the A.M. I just wanted to see if anyone else had this happen before. The only reason I booked onboard was for the OBC. What's up with carnival lately?????

I booked a cruise on board the Liberty in Sept. I didn't see the onboard credit or the billing information for a good 2 weeks afterwards. I first emailed Carnival and got no where. Finally called Carnival and was able to view my billings (& OBC). They had to transfer the information over. I would call again and be persistent.

It also took us about 3 weeks for ours to show up, and that was after multiple calls to Carnival. Just another reason I preferred the FCC's.

Have only done this once, but it did show up 6 days after it was booked onboard.
