Rough seas?

We're booked on a cruise sailing from Hong Kong-Viet Nam-Thailand-Singapore-India-Dibai from 3/26 to 4/19. I booked early and chose a mid-ship cabin because my wife has occasionally gotten sea sick in rough seas. Now, Princess is offering an upgrade to a nicer and larger cabin, but it is toward aft and one deck higher. Question: Do the seas in this area have a reputation for being rough during the spring season? thanx.

You just never know and I have sailed these areas before.

 

Aft is not bad.

 

I do prefer mid ship more for the ability to get to and from other areas of the ship with overall less time required.

 

The worst is being all the way forward on a high deck.
