askimdog Posted October 16, 2012 #28 Share Posted October 16, 2012 We cruise for the Ports, so Sea Days are not our favorite days. I still get up at 5/5:30 and my wife and dd at 7. Normally we try to do a few trivias. If a talk is happening or cooking demo, we'll do that as well. For sure, board games in the library or somewhere. And since we cruise with other family members we sit and chat with them while eating too much food. I tend to read a lot more, maybe nap and drink my carry on wine or BV bottle of rum like time is running out :) My family dislikes any Lido activity, so the pool side area is avoided. Especially on Sea Days...ughh...
JaniceB Posted October 16, 2012 #29 Share Posted October 16, 2012 Love sea days, have 3 on our next cruise. You can do whatever you want and never feel rushed to get anywhere. I also love to look at the ocean. I can feel the seabreeze as I type.
The4Cruisers Posted October 17, 2012 #30 Share Posted October 17, 2012 Don't forget the rowing competition for the folks on the Riviera desk and the inner tube towing behind the ship. Tons of fun! :p
