Help to find travel insurance for USA

I need help please to find travel insurance which will cover pre existing medical conditons for an Australian - 74 years of age - in good health travelling to the USA. Thank you danseur

You should be able to find coverage from IHI BUPA, even though you have to specifically apply for pre-existing condition coverage on a separate form.

@ danseur. You can find US travel insurance but for a 70+ yr old with a pre-existing medical condition it comes at a price. Have you tried any of the online providers like Budget or 1 Cover? My 80yr old mother with minor medical issues got a reasonable deal but she accepts that to get the comprehensive cover she wants she has to pay for it and factors this into the overall cost of her trip.
