My friends had to cancel their cruise. My question is do they have to cruise within 2 years or do they have 2 years to book the cruise? Thanks

I believe is they have to book within the next two years.... I'm sure its in their paperwork.

24 months from day of cancellation to day of embarkation of new sailing.

Do they get the whole deposit as a credit or just the $50 and the rest refunded to credit card?

The deposit total LESS $50 is put on account in the person who cancelled name. Nothing is refunded back to the method of payment.

example .. deposit was $250 - $50 = $200 held in that persons name to be used for a future cruise.

2 years to book, 3 years to cruise.

 

just noting the above.. one is correct.. it is two year from date of cancel where you have to book. .. the post that says 2 years to embarkation is not correct.
