Cruisin 4 Ever Posted October 18, 2012 #4 Share Posted October 18, 2012 Do they get the whole deposit as a credit or just the $50 and the rest refunded to credit card?
bbohbbneedacruise Posted October 18, 2012 #5 Share Posted October 18, 2012 Do they get the whole deposit as a credit or just the $50 and the rest refunded to credit card? The deposit total LESS $50 is put on account in the person who cancelled name. Nothing is refunded back to the method of payment. example .. deposit was $250 - $50 = $200 held in that persons name to be used for a future cruise. firefly333 Posted October 18, 2012 #6 Share Posted October 18, 2012 2 years to book, 3 years to cruise. just noting the above.. one is correct.. it is two year from date of cancel where you have to book. .. the post that says 2 years to embarkation is not correct.
