10 day cruise, when are formal nights?

On a 10 day cruise, which nights are the formal nights. I'm assuming there are at least two. Thanks

It depends on the ports and days at sea. Generally, the first or second and the last full sea days. On a port-intensive cruise, formal nights will be on port days with an early departure. They are never on embarkation day nor the night before disembarkation.
