Viking documents

Minor question but I know Viking usually mails all documents and itinerary details 3-4 weeks before the cruise. So the questions is: do they usually mail them to customer or travel agent? Thanks.

Thanks for response. Why Viking does that? Mailing documents to the customers makes much more sense. Now with only few weeks left before the cruise we have to wait until TA mails them to us. :mad:

We just received ours via TA and the TA send a big box of goodies along with the Viking documents.What a nice surprise. We only had to wait a couple extra days for the documents. The TA sent them the day after she got them.

I can only say: you are very lucky! Our TA got them a few days ago: I just checked with Viking and did not even bother to notify us she already has them. Hopefully she will mail them to us at the beginning of next week.
