Need some hotel suggestion for the night before our cruise. Would be interested in a hotel that includes transportation to the port.

Cocoa beach has changed over the last 6 years of our cruising out of there.

Most hotels charge a fee around $4per person per way. Others incorporate it into there room charge.

We stayed at the Raddison and probably wont again it is showing its age. The only reason we stay there is we love the pool and one night in the room wont kill us.

We take a cab for under $20 to port, and get there when we want.

We stayed at the Sheraton Four Points (http://www.fourpointscocoabeach.com/) in April. We had a rental car, but the hotel does offer acomplimentary shuttle service to and from the port with their "Port Canaveral Park and Cruise Package."

Our preferred hotel in the area is Residence Inn in Cape Canaveral. It's relatively new, all-suites, full breakfast, nice pool, and located about 2 blocks south of the port. Downside is that it is not on the beach. They have a shuttle or will arrange transportation to the pier for a small fee (a couple of dollars pp)
