So many dives not enough time

Recommended Posts

Please if you could rate 1 to 4 just in case I can't dive them all

Order by day

1. Roatan

2.belize

3.costa maya

4. Cozumel

Please help me input thanks

Cozumel has to be Number 1!!!:D

Roatan 2

Belize 3

Can't comment on Costa Maya as we didn't do that port.

Of course it will depend a bit on which dive sites you go to and who you dive with. We enjoyed our Roatan and Belize dives but Cozumel was any easy first.

IMHO....dive em all!!;)

it is TOTALLY Dependant on the conditions at the site on any given day.

And THAT becomes the dive master/boat driver/ tour operator call

but if you want to base your decision on one diver's one dive ... go for it.

What you want I suppose is a dive master / operator with a high success rate for satisfaction - with no regard to WHERE they go . . .

Capt. BJ is absolutely right! It depends on the day. We have been to Belize and Cozumel multiple times, but I hit a perfect day in Roatan, and just didn't think the reef sites we visited were as pretty.

Belize - go with http://www.seasportsbelize.com

Cozumel - lots of good ops

Roatan - Anthony's Key is ok... book someone smaller if you can

Costa Maya (got blown out)

Are you totally confused yet? :)

Enjoy, wherever you get wet!

I vote a tie--Roatan and Cozumel with Belize close behind in some areas and further behind in others. Costa Maya last based on 2 dives, but I would try it again anyhow!! Beautiful town directly on the ocean, or at least it was before the hurricane.........The only place I would consider using a ship trip is Belize as it's a 4 mile tender ride to the shore and the ship trips picks up divers and snorkelers at the cruise ship. Seasports IS a good alternative, a very short walk to the left out of the land terminal.
