Special Needs, early embarkation?

Does NCL have a special needs dept that an help with an early embarkation? Saw on Carnival thread that they have it, never knew

NCL does have a special need's dept (access department is their term, I believe). You can email them directly and request things.

 

They will try to accomodate you as much as they are able to do.

its called Access Desk. you can contacting them by sending an email to accessdesk@ncl.com they take about 12 hrs to respond.

Not sure you can get early embarkation, they will help you with pushing a wheelchair though. They will probably take you to the head of the line though when they start boarding. If you are in a suite it will be no problem.

I believe that is the correct statement. I don't think anyone can board until the ship is officially cleared by ship staff to begin boarding.
