I see shipmate has added the Royal Princess, a few errors but

Thanks. They added it a while ago. It's taken them months (at least six since I first contacted them) and some serious bug issues and crashes to get it even marginally accurate. It's still very incomplete.

Strange. On my version of the app, it says "18 Night Maiden Passage" on October 9, 2013. Which I'm pretty sure is the date of our cruise.

But that is not the maiden cruise which is within Europe only

I'm not familiar with the cruise apps. Are they ship specific? What do you use them for?

Pam, Shogun, do you use shipmate when out to sea? I am trying to figure out how to use it but yet make sure no data comes through. I normally shut my smart phone off and put it in the safe for the duration of a cruise. Could I use it if I put airplane mode on or is there something else I would need to do?

My version still has "coming soon" with only deck plans nothing about any voyages.

 

Mine must be old as I looked for it in apps and it no longer is exist , any thoughts?

Hi All,

 

Only came across this as DW has a Nexus, so had a look , for our up and coming Crown Princess cruise it had plenty of info,

 

about tours, weather etc, ship info a bit basic, however it was useful

 

to show folks what our ship looked like were we would be on certain days, what we could do,

 

looked at Royal and it had old ship and sailings,

 

e mailed them and they up dated maiden cruise but got date wrong

 

they came back saying would fix, so may be if more folks e mailed them

 

they would add more info
