That's the only place I know off that would be able to accomodate someone.

Every bear tour that I know requires that you be able to hike a "distance" to

get back to the bear viewing locations. But if you are in Anchorage check out

the Anchorage Zoo, it is awesome.....:)

The Animal Park outside of Girdwood may also be an option??? The Alaska zoo is actually very nice. :)

 

But Denali Park is a good option, not the salmon diet bears, but with a good pair of binoculars a good chance at a bargain price. Great scenery and other wildlife too. Independent visitors, go with the Shuttle to at least Fish Creek.
