Celebrity Has Redeemed Itself

On our cruise on the Summit this past February, we experienced a noise problem (some of you may have read the problem in an earlier thread). We formally complained to Celebrity upon our return. We hadn't heard from Celebrity for sometime and thought they didn't care - we booked our 2006 cruise on another cruise line. The other day we each received a $300 credit to be used towards our next Celebrity cruise to be used by 2007. I guess we'll be back on Celebrity in 2007.

Hi hcat. We were in cabin #9021 on the Skydeck. Passengers in cabins #9025 and #9017 also experienced the noise. The noise is from the "Bar at the Edge of the Earth" lounge on deck 11, when Cirque du Soleil is performing.
