Dining with an officer

Wife and I were selected once as well and were able to dine with 3 other couples and the ships Hotel Director. Very nice guy from the UK who explained the ins and outs of his job and what it was like to live on board the ship. I found it very interesting just to hear that. Ended up with a nice group photo, which I have no idea where it is now!

We just registered at the front desk when we arrived, I think we read about it in a freestyle daily that time but the next cruise we took we never saw anything about it - guessing it's one of those unknown things unless you read about it here on CC.

As someone else above mentioned - their wife just like mine gets to dine with an officer every night - that is when I'm home and not working.
