Celebration Dinner Deal, anyone have problems booking this?

We are sailing on Mariner on Sunday and wanted to do the "Celebration Dining Deal" but having problems booking it online. Contacted by our Concierge, I requested her to book it but she said we had to do online, went online yesterday and it said we couldn't book probably because we are close to sailing. Can this be done on board? Thanks in advance!
