Fantasy class ships don't have blow dryers so definitely take one.

Carnival's FAQs tell which ships have hair dryers and which don't, but, as usual, people give conflicting reports.

 

I don't stay in suites so can't speak about them, but any other cabin on any Fantasy-class ships I've sailed do NOT have them. Bring one. And you'll have to use it at the little desk since that's the only plug in the cabin.

We did not bring one on our Fantasy cruise in September. We were able to barrow one from the cabin steward.

Suites have blow dryers but they are very underpowered.
