"Comment Cards" no more???

We recently cruised on the Carnival Inspiration out of Long Beach. At the end of the cruise, we noticed that there was no 'comment card' on which to rate the cruise, crew, etc. We asked about it and were told that we would receive an email asking us the same questions that used to be on the comment card. We sailed almost a month ago and haven't received any email, yet. And we have comments we WANT to get to Carnival!

 

It was a few of years between our last cruise and the one before that.....a lot sure has changed at Carnival in those three years!

As said before, they have email surveys now. You can go into detail in those.

 

If you have a concern that you think really needs attention, you can contact the Guest Care department via phone or email.

I'm not certain it is worth bothering about. We were always under the impression that the responses Carnival received on their comment cards were very important to them. Now, it seems like that may not be the case.
