terri910 Posted December 23, 2012 #1 Share Posted December 23, 2012 We recently cruised on the Carnival Inspiration out of Long Beach. At the end of the cruise, we noticed that there was no 'comment card' on which to rate the cruise, crew, etc. We asked about it and were told that we would receive an email asking us the same questions that used to be on the comment card. We sailed almost a month ago and haven't received any email, yet. And we have comments we WANT to get to Carnival! It was a few of years between our last cruise and the one before that.....a lot sure has changed at Carnival in those three years!
tandemcruzr Posted December 23, 2012 #2 Share Posted December 23, 2012 We cruised on the Dream end of Nov, first of Dec. We got an e-mail survey about a week after our return. Yes, things have changed.

kingoftheicedragons Posted December 23, 2012 #6 Share Posted December 23, 2012 It's true that they are no longer available on the cruise ships anymore. Whether you actually get any email version of the card is widely variable. We are set up to receive emails from Carnival but have never received an email feed back form from them. seannyice81 Posted December 23, 2012 #7 Share Posted December 23, 2012 As said before, they have email surveys now. You can go into detail in those. If you have a concern that you think really needs attention, you can contact the Guest Care department via phone or email.
Mulege Posted December 23, 2012 #8 Share Posted December 23, 2012 I was told they are sent to passengers on a random basis.

If you have a concern that you think really needs attention, you can contact the Guest Care department via phone or email. I'm not certain it is worth bothering about. We were always under the impression that the responses Carnival received on their comment cards were very important to them. Now, it seems like that may not be the case. crusinpsychRN Posted December 23, 2012 #11 Share Posted December 23, 2012 Email them your comments. It's important they get feedback.
mj Posted December 23, 2012 #12 Share Posted December 23, 2012 I had gotten a email after all of my cruises except the last one on the Fascination. Called Carnival and got a survey and filled it out. Seems like a lot of people are not getting their surveys.
