sstepson Posted January 5, 2013 #1 Share Posted January 5, 2013 Hi, all We will be in St. Thomas in a couple weeks on Allure. We want to spend the morning in Charlotte Amalie, then head back to the ship around noon to catch a "St. John on your own" excursion that leaves right from the dock. Here's my question: Will it be fairly easy to get a cab back to the ship that early in the day? My concern is that there won't be a ton of people wanting to return to Crown Bay that early in the day, and it might take forever to fill up a taxi. Any thoughts on this? O2B@Cagain Posted January 5, 2013 #2 Share Posted January 5, 2013 The easiest thing to find in St Thomas is a taxi. ;) They will be happy to go back to Crown Bay to pick up people who want to go to town after lunch.

sail7seas Posted January 6, 2013 #4 Share Posted January 6, 2013 The taxis cruise the downtown hollering..... Anyone going back to the ship? Verify they're going to Crown Bay (not Havensight) and hop in. You will have NO problem finding a ride. :)
