Saving Cert discount GREATER than Platinum Discount

Hi Everyone,

I just become Platinum so I'm new to world of Balcony discounts!

 

My balcony discount for Platinum is $200 for a 10 night or longer cruise.

Currently there is a 14 night cruise I'm interested in. For this sailing they also have a Saving Cert. The value of the Saving Cert is $225. So it appears It would be more benefically to use the savings cert, instead of the balcony discount.

My TA told me these were not combinable, which I understand. However since I'm platinum I'll automatically get the $200, but I want the $225 instead.

Is this possible? Hope you guys understand what I mean.

I understand exactly what you mean.

 

Tell the TA that you want to use the Savings Certificate.

 

That should take care of everything.

 

(if not, fire the TA and either move your reservation over to RC directly, or get another TA)
