Eariliest flight out of Laguardia?

We will be taking the NCL Breakaway from Manhattan in October. It returns on Sunday. My question is what it the earliest flight from Laguardia that I should safely book? My choices are 11:05am and 4:30pm.

Our last NCL cruise got back to NYC on a Sunday, and it took us until almost 11 to get through customs. There was some kind of hold up, and customs was not well staffed (heard Sundays could be like that) . However, you will most likely make the first flight. Make sure to get a porter to take your bags after you get off of the ship - a time saver worth the money!

NCL is almost always late getting back to NYC & there are always issues, at least when we sail. :o We docked before 8 yesterday but didn't get off the ship until almost 11 & we had priority disembarkation. I don't know what effect yesterday's ferry crash had on the process but . . .

You'll never make an 11:05 flight; don't even try.
