Questions about the suites on Equinox or Eclipse

We are considering a cruise later this year on either th Equinox or Eclipse and looking at a suite (Penthouse or Royal or Celebrity). It seems that on these two ships the Penthouse Suites are under the pool area. Royal and Celebrity suites are available on that deck and the one below. My question is: Is there a lot of irritating scraping of chairs and other noise from parties / bands late at night if one is in the penthouse or royal suites under the pool area?

Thanks for sharing our experiences.

OK, yes, a bit of the chair scraping noise......

Eclipse, Royal, gosh, what cabin number....???? 1607, I think....anyway, it was extremely close, if not next to the Penthouse. For some reason, the noise did not bother us. It was there, but not anything jarring or disruptive. You know, kind of like on garbage day when you hear the truck coming, it just is......

BTW: coolest thing about the royal suite, well of course it was spacious and roomy, was the wine refrigerator. In addition to the regular mini-fridge.

Have a blast!

Thanks for sharing your experience. Sounds like you had a great time and loved the suite. Interesting about the wine refrigerator. That would be a big plus for us! LOL!
