We are on a cruise from Buenos Aires to Rio, stopping at Montevideo, Punta del Este, Rio grande, Porto Belo, Sao Paulo, Parati Ilha Grande, Buzios. I have already decided I want to get a locally made leather handbag as my souvenir. Where is the best port to shop for this? Any recommendations of specific stores or markets? Thanks

In Buenos Aires, try Murillo Street (Calle Murillo Leather District). Murillo 666 is a good place to start.
