Passport help so I don't mess this up.....

We will be getting passports, but am waiting on Dh's birth certificate to come from Michigan. I need to give my mom our names and birthdates to give to her TA as they will be worded on the passport. I'm assuming I need to give her our full name such as John Wayne Smith vs. John W. Smith I've never seen a passport before, so I haven't a clue.

I know with Carnival and NCL, they do not use middle names~ even though passports have the full names on them~

Midle name is optional on the cruise records. As long as first and last match you are fine.

That's unless the cruise line is making the air arrangements also and it's an international flight. In that case the cruise line's info will have to match the passport info exactly or else problems can arise when the cruise line actually gets the tickets issued.

My maiden name was Jane Mary Doe.

When I got married I changed it to Jane Doe Smith on my DL, Social Security etc.

My passport name is Jane Doe Smith.
