Which nights are formal nights?

I'm heading off on the Norwegian cruise from Dover on HAL on 4th May. Its for seven nights, with the first and last day at sea. However we'd like to pre-book a trip to the Pinnacle (it's our second cruise on HAL and didn't do it on the first - something we regretted afterwards), but want to avoid booking it on a formal night as we'd like to go to those in the main dining rooms.

 

Has anyone else does a one week Norwegian cruise recently and know which nights the formal nights fall on?
