Eclipse - Removing Balcony Partitions

Recommended Posts

On an upcoming cruise we are in 2146 on Eclipse, and my Dad is in 2144. Although they are side by side, they are not "adjoining" cabins. Can anyone tell me if the partitions can be removed between any cabins that are side by side, or can the partition only be removed between cabins that are true adjoining cabins?

Thank you for any information you are able to provide. :)

I assume you are talking about the partitions on the balconies. If so, they do not get removed. Rather, the end panel is folded back and secured to the rest of the wall. The cabin attendant must do this for you and he/she will require the consent of the occupants of the other cabin. It makes no difference whether cabins are "adjoining" or not.
