Diamond princess partially obstructed cabin size?

When and How

Recommended Posts

We notice that Princess mentions a size for every category except partially obstructed, which we have booked. Cruise critic claims that these cabins are 135 - 155 square feet on the deck plan, but 168 in the professional review.

W phone Princess who claim that these rooms are all 183 square feet.

Does anyone actually KNOW the size?

They are between 183-194 sq ft per the deck plans and are included in the description for Oceanview Double. The 7 sq ft. variance is due to slight differences from structural placement and the occasional cropped corner. Visually you will not notice any differences between the layout of any other OV room and the OOV room.

Do note that the OV/OOV rooms with capacity of 3/4 persons usually have the upper bunks attached to the wall. While this does not change the area of the cabin, many twosomes prefer not to have a room with them jutting out and taking up the limited space.
