Shuttle from Ft. Lauderdale to West Palm Beach

Does anyone know of a shuttle service that will take me from Ft. Lauderdale to West Palm Beach or better yet Sanibel Island?

Check with Go Airport (inside FLL) and Quality Limo Services (QLS). A one way car rental may be a better option. ;)

Shuttle service from Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach shouldn't be too expensive because the trip is only approximately thirty five miles via Interstate 95. Limo service between Fort Lauderdale and Sanibel Island is going to be very expensive. I would price the shuttle service for trip number one and definitely look at a rental vehicle for trip number two.
