Yes! For a 1230 flight you need to be at FLL by 11:00 (earlier is better), which means in a cab/limo/shuttle van and rolling by 10:15 or so (again, earlier is better). You could do self assist, but you likely do not need to get off that early. Pre-book your transportation form POM to FLL and enjoy your cruise! :)
