Motion sickness and River Cruises

I don't think you'll have any issues. I took a Rhine river cruise in May 2012. I hardly ever felt the boat moving. A fair amount of the cruising was done at night, and we slept through it. There were some evenings when we would sail starting at dinner time. The rivers are very smooth. If you do have any problems, just take an over the counter motion sickness pill, like Bonine.

Agree - it is smoother than riding in a car!;)
