Cafe Caribe & Horizon Court

Both buffets, yes.

Cafe Caribe is smaller, with somewhat less choice, than Horizon Court.

On my last cruise on Emerald Princess a few weeks ago Horizon Court was open for breakfast and lunch, with Cafe Caribe open for dinner. :)

At breakfast time, all the foods in the Cafe Caribe will also be in the Horizon Court, but the Horizon Court will have more options.

At lunch, the Cafe Caribe, if open, may have a special theme (example, German or Mexican food) that the Horizon Court does not.

At dinner, only one of the two will be open.

No matter which one you use to get your food, you can sit in the seating area that is in either area.

During my cruise, last week, on the Emerald, Cafe Caribe was open from 6 - 10 am, fewer choices than Horizon, but we loved it there, quieter, can sit all the way in the aft, big windows and if not too sunny, some tables on outside deck. Often it was closed during lunch especially port days, opened for dinner with a themed menu.
