And the ships aren't THAT different that the question couldn't be answered. Sorry, I myself haven't been in that cabin so I can't help. Our cabin was directly under the first 2 tables of Waves grill which is decking material and yes, you could hear some chairs moving some of the time, but not so noticeable to annoy us. If you look at the deck plan for Riviera, you will notice that Toscana is in the area above your suite.
