New deck plans for Oasis OTS

I was just flicking through the RCI website and have come across a new set of deck plans for Oasis of the Seas as of Sept 29th 2013 onwards. I also see Oasis has a full schedule for Sept 2013 so ruling out a dry dock for changes I cant see why they would have new deck plans from this date. Looking through the deck plans as well the only changes I can see is that the Shore Excursions desk is now called Explorations! and the Solarium Cafe is now called Solarium Bistro. Hardly a reason to reissue new deck plans.

With the rumours of an Oasis dry dock (And a TA) for Sept 2014 could this be simply human error for the effective date or am I reading to much into this? Would love a TA on Oasis :D so much!

Cruise lines in the last few years have started to change how they market and categorize cabins .

For example Princess broken down balconies into for areas .

Aft , mid- ship aft , mid ship & forward . So when you go looking at an area the cabins are then further priced by deck . Highest cheapest , mid decks more expensive .
