Royal Carribean or Carnival kids club

Part of the difference you will see is the ship you are on. The older ships will have smaller kids areas with less activities, while the larger (on both lines) will have much more.

 

For my family, my kids preferred what Royal provides, of course we were on the larger ships at that point and they were a bit older so closer and into the teen age range. As most other things with cruising it all depends on ship and your kids interests.
