Colin Veitch - does he answer emails?

Does anyone know or has anyone ever received an answer to an email sent to Mr. Veitch. I eamailed him about two weeks ago and have not heard back. I am sure he is a very busy man. Thanks.

I think I remember someone on here saying that he did respond, but not sure if it was by e-mail, phone call, or mail... I think we all have to exercise a little more patience when waiting on a response from Mr. Veitch at this point in time. I don't even think he has been @ the corporate offices recently due to the upcoming PoAM. I think you can speak with one of his assistants at the executive desk... Maybe they are just as helpful & probably available more often.

If you can describe briefly the nature of your issue perhaps we can help direct you to an executive that can help you. I know that Mr. Vietch has been Germany. I am sure we can help you loocate an executive that will assist you in his absence.

I sent a note to Mr. Veitch and got a response within a week from his assistant on his behalf. Obviously by her response they read the entire e-mail and responded appropriatley. I sent the e-mailto:

:) I sent an e-mail to Mr. Veitch on April 19, 2005 10:12 am EST and received a reply from him the same day at 11:36 am.:) Boy was I pleasantly surprised.:)

I sent an email to Colin Veitch. The next week I got an email from an ncl rep. When my problem was not rectified, I emailed him again. He sent me a personal email, and a bottle of wine in my cabin.

I have sent a couple of emails to his address and gotten answers, but not from him. Yes he is busy and can you imagine how many emails he gets in one day? NMNita

Hello Everyone---I sent Mr. Vietch an email yesterday at 3:27 pm He returned my email at 3:50 pm . Was very helpful with my problem and said that he would get back to me. Sure enough at 4:15 pm he sent me an email with the information I needed. So the answer to your question is YES he sure does answer his emails.

I sent an email to Mr. Veitch on June the 9th and the 22nd and to his assistant Patty and have yet to receive a reply???????

I emailed him to praise a customer service person but I never heard back from anyone - maybe it's hit or miss.

Normal Post office mails answered by C. Veitch and/or his staff. Takes a few weeks.

 

Post office letters praising customer service just normally forwarded to staff.

 

E-mails to customer service answered promptly..especially Yulexi:)

I reemailed Mr. Veitch and received an email back immediately from him and his assistant Patty. He took care of everything for me. He is indeed a very concerned and caring individual.

I think he was just extra busy last month with the PoAM being delivered & all the inaugural events.;)
