I just wish M-class ships had padded loungers in the solarium. I never go there because the bare wooden chairs are horribly uncomfortable.

Thanks for the replies never been on Celebrity before (only RCI) so looking into their itineraries.

 

Do any of their other ships have covered solariums?

All the ships have covered solariums. On M class, the main pool is a T-pool, which is like a large, wonderfully warm but not too hot whirlpool. On S class, the pool is a regular pool, and the water is quite a bit cooler. The ambiance and seating in S class is nicer, whereas the pool in M class wins hands down in the opinion of many (myself included).
