Problem Crown & Anchor site

Did anyone else experience a problem trying to get on the Crown and Anchor site?? I never had trouble putting in my information, now they won't take my password and tell me that my birthdate is wrong?? (Now if they say I'm younger I won't complain:D) It use to be so easy what happened?? I just want to see the savings certificates Help please!!!

I'm not having any problem right now, but unfortunately it's not uncommon for some personal data such as birth date to get corrupted. I would call C&A at 800-526-9723 and have them fix your personal data.

Hi Carol, and yes, a wrong birthdate will not allow you entry. It has happened to me more than once. Call C&A at 1-800-526-9723 and they can quickly correct the problem while you wait.

Thank you both. I called and spoke to a nice guy who helped me. Should be good to go in about 24 hrs. I can wait:)
