Russian river cruise for North Americans?

Not sure just where I should post this question. So could have some help with that. We are interested in doing a Russian River cruise and would like to go with a company that more/less specializes in North American/English speaking passengers and does not accept passengers from stops along the way. Lat year we did a Black Sea cruise with MSC and found that not only did they pick up passengers coming on board for the first time at almost every stop they made but found that we were surrounded by a lot of non-english speaking passengers, mostly German and then once in the Black Sea Russian groups came on board. There was horrible tension constantly between the 2 nationalities and made for a VERY uncomfortabe voyage for us - in other words -don't want to do that again, hence the question about a company that caters more or less to North American passengers. I am not belittling either Russian or German people who are great but together not a good mix. Thanks for your help in advance.
