Bermuda Seas

Hello All,

 

I was wondering how the seas are on the way to Bermuda from Baltimore.

I've only been to Caribbean and it has always been pretty calm. What can I expect on the way to Bermuda? How high would the seas be?

It depends on the time of year and the weather. Sometimes smooth sometimes rocky. You are out in the Atlantic...

My first cruise to Bermuda was in June and we had almost 20 foot waves. My second cruise to Bermuda was in May and seas as smooth as glass. There is no telling what you are going to get going there.

The great thing about the Atlantic is that she does what she wants when she wants. You never know what you will find from day to day and that is part of the fun.

I think I'll just put on the patch when we go in November, just in case. We had 20 foot swells on our E. Carib cruise and they did a good job of putting me in bed. If worst come to wost, I'll just spend that sea day in bed sleeping.

I would actually find a quiet area of the ship and set up a deck chair. The fresh air might do you good.
