Bon Voyage Deal in Galveston?

I read where Princess in some ports allows you to bring on friends for $39 pp at embarkation day and eat lunch and then they get a voucher for the $39 toward a future cruise... Do they do this in Galveston???

Yes they have it available, we will have our BVE 3/16/13 and looking forward to it.
