Free WI-FI close to the dock?

Anyone know of any place within walking distance of the dock that would offer free wi-fi access?

We stay on the other side of the island and don't use wifi in RT but I'm told the Pub near the Road Town Marina has free wifi, perhaps you can inquire on that. Also check on the Village Cay Marina Hotel
