I'm booked and paid in full for a April 20th cruise. I booked past guest. Just looked at todays past guest deal! Because I'm paid in full for an OV using past guest rate....will I be able to upgrade to a balcony? Thanks for any help!

They should be happy to take your money.

it depends on how you booked. You can only get price drops/on board credit after final payment if you booked as early saver.
