Reservation Transfer

If I book with RC, can reservation be transferred to TA? I spoke with RC today asking about 2014 Mediterranean cruise. These cruises are not on the website yet, but RC told me they had them available up to October 2014 and could book it. So if it can be transferred to my TA that would be great.

They can only be transferred to a TA within 60 days of making the booking.
