Iluvcruising2 Posted March 31, 2013 Author #502 Share Posted March 31, 2013 This ship passed behind the Legend, as we turned towards the Marina Bay Cruise Terminal. At first, I thought it was the Voyager of the Seas as she was also due to arrive that morning.

Iluvcruising2 Posted March 31, 2013 Author #505 Share Posted March 31, 2013 The Voyager had just arrived from Australia and she would be headed to China later that day. Till date, the Voyager is the Royal Caribbean ship that our family had spent the most nights on - 22 in total.

SingaporeCruiser Posted March 31, 2013 #513 Share Posted March 31, 2013 There is the Voyager. Great review and pics again! Just finished our 8 night cruise from Singapore to Shanghai in the Voyager of the Seas which departed the day you got back from your cruise. suzyluvs2cruise Posted March 31, 2013 #514 Share Posted March 31, 2013 Thanks again for taking us along on your journey. On the deck plans it shows a "sports court" on the aft of deck 9 but in some pictures I've seen of the ship it looks like there are chairs there. Did you go to that area of the ship? If so, could you describe it?
Iluvcruising2 Posted April 1, 2013 Author #515 Share Posted April 1, 2013 Thanks for the amazing review and photos. I am sad to see it coming to an end but it must !!! Hope you had a great Easter. He Lives! 1) yes they had the swirls. On some days it was strawberry and vanilla swirl 2) I didn't take photos of the kids' areas. Suffice to say that the teens area (optix) was very unutilised during our cruise.

costalb2002 Posted April 1, 2013 #517 Share Posted April 1, 2013 Interesting bottle. Does anybody know the significance of a topless woman portrait on this bottle of Camus? First of all, thank you for you simply wonderful report. This is a special serie of bottles dedicated by Camus to the grandest french painters. This "topless" is from a famous paint of the Tahitian period of the 19th century painter Paul Gauguin.

If so, could you describe it? Yes, I went there. It was empty save for a few deck chairs, not sure what type of sports activities they held there. That area can be accessed from Deck 10 near the Rock Wall, there are staircases leading down to the area. This area is just outside the Spa. When the curtains are not drawn, I could see the spa chairs from outside. Our cabin, was Deck 8 aft. We did not have any noise from above Decks. Nice and quiet. cruisldy Posted April 1, 2013 #520 Share Posted April 1, 2013 (edited) What a wonderful pictorial adventure posting. My husband and I are on the Legend back to back, Panama Canal from San Diego this November and then continuing on the Southern Caribbean route for 26 days of cruising. I so enjoyed your food pictures and especially the menus. As I was reading I mentioned some of the menu items to my husband and he was very excited about some things he enjoys. We always eat in the main dining room for most all of our meals and I too am hoping they put back eggs benedict on the menu, as that is a favorite of mine as well. I have to say from start to end it took me three hours to read your review, but I just couldn't stop until I was finished. I'm so glad I found this today when you had completed it. Thank you for also describing the Diamond Lounge, as we are Diamond cruisers with Royal Caribbean, but our last two cruises have been in full suites, so we enjoyed the Concierge Lounge, but knew this time we would not have that priveledge. However on the second leg of our journey we will become Diamond Plus, so I'm hoping we might be able to accend to the Concierge Lounge once again. If not, I'm sure the Diamond Lounge will suffice. Thank you so much, once again for taking your time to share with all of us, as I know it is very time consuming. I have saved your post, so I can refer to it as our cruise gets closer for reference.
