What Should I Do?

Trying to decide if I should stay at the Disney Pop Century one day before 3 day Dream cruise and use RT Disney transfers. I read if we do this our PAT will be really late. If so, will we miss the buffet lunch, registration etc.? I want to deal with as little as possible being that we only have 3 days.

Will I be able to catch a cab to SeaWorld from this hotel?

Are you going to WDW? If not, I would find someplace close to Sea World (or even at the airport) and then get the Disney transfer from MCO.

The first day the buffet is open later than on other days - about 3 or 3:15.

We had the same dilemma and decided to stay at the Hyatt at MCO. We're renting a car for the day and meeting friends in Tampa. The next morning, we get up, have breakfast and go downstairs to catch the transfer. Easy peasy. It cost $200 for the room and car. Not cheap but the hotel is great and the convenience factor helps. And, we get 2 full breakfasts included in the price.
