Have to say that the documentary didn't do credit to the level of service and quality of the experience on Crystal - which is truly 6 Star (and all inclusive)

 

We sailed on Crystal Symphony earlier this year and are already booked on two more Crystal cruises

 

The programme tended to focus on the engineering aspects as opposed to the cruise "experince" - I guess not that surprising given the "Mighty Ships" theme
